Refunds
ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
If the show is canceled due to Artist or Promoter, all funds will be refunded less the service fees.
If concert is moved to a new venue and is more than 25 miles from previous venue a refund, less service fees will be given.
Customer may elect to roll over their credit to another show. This must be handled by calling our offices directly at 210-858-5904.
